Raised on the western edge of the Cotswold Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, I consider myself deeply connected to the landscape, the people, and the traditions that make this part of England so unique. My lifelong knowledge of the region allows me to provide not just transport, but truly engaging private chauffeur tours that showcase the best the Cotswolds has to offer.

As both your driver and guide, I can provide lively, informative conversation about local history, culture, and hidden gems. Equally, if you prefer a peaceful journey to simply enjoy the scenery, I’m always happy to provide a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.

The North Cotswolds, where Robert was raised, are famed for their rolling farmland, shallow valleys, and stunning views. The region stretches from Chipping Campden in the north through the Stroud Valleys and down to Bath via Castle Combe. From the Cotswold Escarpment in the west, where the smoke of steam engines drifts through the folds of the landscape, you can enjoy sweeping views across the Severn Valley, the Vale of Evesham and the Malvern Hills, with the Black Mountains of Wales beyond.

Robert is passionate about sharing not only the scenery but also the vibrant local history, culture, traditions, and events such as Wool Sack Racing, Aunt Sally competitions, and the famous Dover Hill Games (Cotswold Olimpicks). With access to hidden routes and lesser-known landmarks, guests can enjoy a truly authentic experience beyond typical tourist spots

Collection can be arranged from any location. If you are travelling from outside the Cotswolds, such as via an airport or cruise terminal, or arriving at one of our local train stations from London or Worcester (e.g. Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh or Cheltenham Spa), Robert can coordinate collections from any UK mainland location. Please note that refreshments are not included in tour fees.
